Tracking Your Order

If your order is shipped via UPS, you will receive an email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Delivery Time

Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days, subject to availability, weather, and vendor delays. Please note some orders may take longer to ship. Please be aware that orders only ship on business days; we do not offer weekend or holiday shipping. Most standard shipping orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, subject to availability, weather, and vendor delays. Venture Trailers reserves the right to modify shipping policies at any time.

UPS Delivery Guarantee

UPS only guarantees delivery dates — and only refunds shipping costs for a missed date — on the following services:

Domestic: UPS Next Day Air® Early, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.®

International: UPS Worldwide Express Plus®, UPS Worldwide Express®, UPS Worldwide Express NA1®, UPS Worldwide Express Saver®, UPS Worldwide Saver®, UPS Worldwide Express Freight® Midday, UPS Worldwide Express Freight®

If you select any other UPS service — including UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, or standard 2nd Day Air — and your package does not arrive by the estimated date, UPS does not guarantee that date and will not issue a refund for the shipping cost. If a guaranteed delivery date matters to you, choose one of the services listed above.

Holiday Shipping Schedule

• Memorial Day – no shipping or delivery of packages
• Independence Day – no shipping or delivery of packages
• Labor Day – no shipping or delivery of packages
• Week of Thanksgiving – no shipping or delivery of packages
• Week of Christmas (dates vary each year) – no shipping or delivery of packages
• Week of New Years (dates vary each year) – no shipping or delivery of packages

Shipping to a P.O. Box

We offer shipping by Priority Mail for delivery to a Post Office Box however you must contact us to place your order directly as this is not an available shipment method on our website. We only recommend the use of Priority Mail for shipment to FPO or APO addresses. Due to postal regulations, shipping is not available on some items. We recommend UPS shipping to a work or neighbors address in most circumstances where a P.O. Box is the only valid shipping address.

Canadian Shipments

For shipments originating from the US into Canada, the quoted shipping costs does not include all brokerage fees and duties. Taxes are not included. All prices on our site are in US Funds. Your credit card company will convert the US charge to Canadian.

International Shipments

Currently, we ship only to the United States, Canada and Australia.
