Hydrastar EOH CAM Adapter

Hydrastar Controller Adapter Module (CAM) circumvents the lack of technology in some brake controllers to allow communication with the tow vehicle, resulting in safe and proper braking function. With only 2 wire connections needed, the Controller Adapter Module (CAM) can be easily installed anywhere on the trailer.
Fully enclosed extruded anodized aluminum housing to protect internal components from all weather conditions.

This adapter is required for use with the following HBA/MHBA serial numbers and higher:
HBA-10: 313800+
HBA-12: 705700+
HBA-16: 506100+
MHBA-10/12-16: All

for the following vehicles:
Ford Model Year 2007-2008
GM/Chevy Model Year 2007-2016

Venture Trailers began using Hydrastar MHBA-16 for electric over hydraulic brake add-ons in 2024.

Most current aftermarket brake controllers are compatible with EOH technology, but always check with the controller manufacturer to ensure compatibility.
