GalvX finish is a 2 part process that starts with a liquid bath electrically charged to coat every surface and crevice with a special formulated e-coat process. A second layer of protection is bonded to the surface using a epoxy type powder coat process that forms a hard shell finish protecting the parts better than hot dip galvanizing. The process is carefully monitored to prevent coating build up on disc brake rotors. Salt spray test results performed up to 1,000 hours.
