Designed to fit Tie Down 8″ Eliminator Disc Brakes featuring a vented rotor and aluminum caliper. This caliper is made entirely of 380 series aluminum alloy, which dissipates heat five times faster than traditional cast iron calipers. It has a Black E-Coat finish to protect against salt crystallization. The caliper includes stainless steel bleeder valves and a brass brake line connector. The slider pin bushings are made from oil-impregnated bronze. It also features a bi-metal piston. The included brake pads have GalvX coated backing plates to minimize corrosion.

This 8″ disc brake caliper mounts to the right side of the axle when standing behind the trailer. When installed correctly, the bleeder screw sits above the banjo bolt to help ensure proper bleeding of the brake system.
